Turn Your Pasta into Crafts for Kids

Supplies Needed:

  • Bow Tie Pasta
  • Acrylic Paint or Watercolor Paint
  • Paint Brushes
  • Gallery Wraped Canvas or Watercolor Paper
  • Craft Glue Dots
  • Sharpie Marker

Instructions:

  1. First we start out with a background paper or canvas. As you see you can make a simple background. A basic sky and dirt with water colors looks great. Be creative!
  2. Break out the finger paints! Let the little ones dip their fingers into the paint and make little carrots. (You may use a paint brush if you’d like.)
  3. Next you put the macaroni on a plate and lightly spray paint them.
  4. Let them dry.
  5. To put them onto the picture use glue dots. It’s simple and doesn’t take long to dry.
  6. Finally let the kids get a black sharpie and let the butterflies have swirl marks like they’re flying!
